Hello folks. I finally got my braille printer from an add from blind bargons. The good news is it seems to work. The bad news is that it seems to print the text into columns. And I did the self-test on the unit and it still prints in columns. This one was made by Telisensory. Its a TSI Model D. Is there anyway I can get this thing repaired? I'm beginning to think something is macanically wrong here and that really sucks. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
